Calm Valley Duo

"Calm Valley Duo" is a meditative mountain landscape with semi-transparent layers of blue on raw canvas. Modern, calming art for your home.

The artwork spans two canvases: the large one measures 60x80cm and the small one 60x40cm.

This is a hand-painted original picture with title, date of creation and signature.

The canvases are framed in an elegant shadow gap frame made of linden wood.

It's my great passion to use highly diluted acrylic paints to achieve a delicate, transparent watercolor look. The lightness of the colors and the translucent layers are what make these paintings so magical.
I prefer to paint without a brush, using my hands instead, so I can be in direct contact with the canvas and the paint. This is how I best feel what I want to create on the canvas.

This painting technique can only be practiced with a great deal of calm and patience. For me, it's a wonderful form of meditation, which is why I call my art meditative art. I convey the peace and relaxation I feel while painting into my pictures, and hopefully, through them, to the viewer as well.

When shipped, the picture will be carefully packaged and padded.
